#월남쌈 Today is Vietnamese spring rolls. The ingredients I bought are perilla leaves, cucumber, pineapple, and rice paper; my parents gave me the rest of the ingredients. Since carrots are hard vegetables, I julienned them using a vegetable slicer. I cut the cucumber, onion, bell pepper, and perilla leaves into long strips, and cooked the shrimp as well. The pineapple came in a plastic cup, so I just placed it on top.
