These days, I live for the joy of having one sandwich a day 🥪𓂃 𓈒𓌉◯𓇨 It's all thanks to the Smeg toaster ❤️ I used to only eat Tartine slabs, but I made a sandwich with rye sourdough I bought from Sungsimdang. After toasting it in the toaster, the texture felt like it was baked, and the flavor felt even richer. So, I intentionally portioned it out and froze it, and I'm finding the toaster's defrost and toast functions incredibly useful ❤️ I sliced the bread thickly too, and it tasted even better ◡̈ The photo is of open toast, but when I ate it, I spread some savory jam, covered it up, and took a big, thick bite haha. The Smeg toaster is working hard at my home cafe these days.
