An older building in the 30-pyeong range has been transformed to feel like a brand new home with a white, molding-free interior.🤍 When I first saw the house, the cherry-toned moldings, coffered ceiling, and heavy atmosphere made the space feel cramped. Although I liked the layout, the overall impression was too dated, so I decided to boldly proceed with a remodel. The part I focused on most was leveling the coffered ceiling and installing a molding-free finish. Thanks to this, the ceiling looks much higher and the space appears more spacious. By unifying the color scheme with white tones and adding indirect lighting and downlights, I was able to create a bright atmosphere during the day and a soft ambiance at night!💡 For the entrance, I added a new middle door and storage cabinets to enhance practicality, and in the living room, I removed the art wall to create a clean, uncluttered wall surface. I also changed the kitchen design to a minimalist look, giving the feeling that the entire house flows seamlessly as one continuous space. Initially, I had many concerns because it was an old rental property, but now, every time I enter, I feel like I’ve come to a brand new home, and I am truly satisfied with living here. #RenovatingARentalHome #화이트인테리어 #무몰딩 #평탄화천장 #구축아파트리모델링 #거실인테리어 #주방인테리어 #현관인테리어 #신혼집인테리어
