#전셋집고쳐살기 A space made neat just by changing the wallpaper Since it is pre-pasted wallpaper, it was convenient because all I had to do was stick it on :) The existing wallpaper was a light color, so I stuck it on as is, and I am satisfied because no stains are visible 👍 I chose Silk wallpaper. It is thicker than laminated wallpaper, so it doesn't seem to show even if I stick it directly over torn parts! However, if the existing wallpaper is a dark color, I think it would be better to peel it off before sticking it on :-) If you choose laminated wallpaper, and there are no torn parts, it is fine to stick it on as is if the colors are similar. However, if it is a dark color, you should peel it off before sticking it on so that the new wallpaper color comes out nicely. Laminated wallpaper is thinner, so the tearing is noticeable. For beginners, Silk wallpaper seems easier to stick on because it is thicker! Silk wallpaper is actually better when it comes to cleaning stains :) The laminated wallpaper I chose might not have been very good, but I personally liked the silk better 👍 You should try to keep the seams as unoverlapping as possible for a neat finish, but since I'm not a professional, I stuck them on overlapping. So, if you look closely, the seams are noticeable hahaha. A roller is a must! If you use that, the seams stick well. There is a brush included, and using the brush was much easier than using a towel. I saw the brush was 13,000 won and thought, "Wow, that's ridiculously expensive!" I tried it, and it stuck on perfectly without any wrinkles when I swung it, so it was worth the price. Hahaha, the knife needs to be sharp to make cutting easier. If it's dull, the wallpaper tears. 🫣 Even if I fix it, the torn parts are still slightly noticeable. 😂 Still, now that it's pasted, I'm satisfied because it looks much neater than the torn old wallpaper.
