I can only fall asleep if I wrap myself in a soft duvet, so lightweight duvets just don't suit me. Also, I've tried all the duvets sold as "allergy care" that I've mentioned a few times, but although they were soft, they didn't allow heat to escape, so they were actually the worst for my atopic dermatitis. They get damp easily, and the heat gets trapped, causing me to scratch even more. The summer duvet sent by Nordic Sleep is soft and cozy, but it has good breathability so heat dissipates well. Therefore, it maintains a comfortable temperature and prevents my skin from getting damp easily. Since I wash my bedding very frequently, it needs to be durable. It was amazing how this one retained its volume even after frequent washing and drying because of its excellent resilience. (Above all, it’s truly the best because you can just throw it in the dryer without worrying.) I am using it with great satisfaction because it is 100% cotton that uses no animal-derived materials, does not cause allergies, and is even Oeko-Tex certified. I once used a duvet made of the same 100% cotton material because of my severe atopic dermatitis, but it tore in less than a year and has now become a duvet for my dogs... Ultimately, those of you with severely sensitive skin like me who are suffering will eventually come full circle and look for 100% cotton materials. After using it for a few weeks, this is a duvet I truly want to recommend and give as a gift. I recommend the Nordic Sleep summer duvet for a pleasant and comfortable night's sleep, even in the summer!
