Carrot Soup 🥕 Carrot soup I made by tracing my memory 🥕 I thought it would be way more delicious than baking the carrots in the oven and cooking them by stir-frying!! It goes into my mouth smoothly, making a "mmm~~" sound, but the aftertaste is a bit ambiguous 🥲 I wonder if the combination with soy milk is the problem... or if the baking itself is the problem... But now that I'm dipping bread in it, I'm losing my mind 🤭 A carrot soup that is only half successful… ... It feels a bit lacking, but I ended up eating it all so well! Home Brunch✨ 🔖 Peel 2 carrots and slice them into bite-sized pieces. Place them neatly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drench them generously in olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and bake at 210 degrees for 20 minutes. In the meantime, toast some bread to go with it. Set aside the baked carrots for plating, and put everything else into a pot. Add 2 packs of soy milk and bring to a boil. Mix finely with a blender. Add one slice of cheddar cheese, 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese, and 1 teaspoon of allulose. Season and simmer a little longer. Then transfer to a bowl. Set up the remaining baked carrots with olive oil, pepper, and cut-up carrot leaves.🎶 _ #HomeCafe #CarrotSoup #AvocadoOpenToast #Carrot #OpenToast #OHomStaurant #PrettyItemsAreTheBest #CornSoupRecordBook #HomeCook #Recipe #Plating #SundayPottery #ModernHouse #IKEA #Mof
