This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. I was curious when I heard that Desker, famous for its desks, had released a sofa, and thanks to a great opportunity, I was able to personally experience the Desker Modular 4-Seater Sofa S03. The delivery driver was also very kind, so we were able to start off on a pleasant note right from our first meeting. We are a family of four, but we had been using a 3-seater sofa until now. So, when I tried using the Desker S03 4-seater sofa, I found it to be perfect for a family of four to sit on, especially since it comes with a stool. It didn't take up as much space as I had expected. With its basic and minimalist design, it blended naturally into the living room; it didn't take up much space, yet it had a sufficient presence. However, the more I used it, the more I realized how interesting this sofa was. It isn't heavy and is relatively lightweight, and since it is modular, you can change the arrangement however you want. The fun of trying out different layouts was more enjoyable than I thought. My husband, who doesn't like sofas moving around, was initially worried that if the sofa was lightweight, it might keep separating when we lay down. However, after using it, I discovered there is a mechanism to secure the sofa in place so it doesn't move. When not in use, it can be tucked inside, so it doesn't stand out. I was impressed by how much attention to detail went into making it, even down to these small aspects. Initially, I placed the sofa opposite the TV, which is the most basic arrangement, and it was comfortable to use while watching TV. After that, I tried placing it by the window and also positioned it so we could face each other in the living room. When placed against the wall, it was even possible to use it as a spacious bed. Since the kids are on summer vacation, we are really making good use of it, lying down to watch TV and turning the sofa into a secret hideout to play. It was also fun to watch the kids enjoy the sofa itself as a play space. The stool was also incredibly useful. Sometimes it can be used to rest your feet, sometimes as a single-seater sofa, and sometimes connected to a sofa to function as another two-seater. I liked that I could utilize the cushions however I wanted, not just the sofa and stool. There is a large cushion that is great for using as a backrest and a small cushion that can be used like a pillow, and they can all be separated for use. Placing them against the back of the sofa provides comfort when sitting, while placing them near the armrests is perfect for lying on your side to relax. Also, placing a cushion on top of the stool and attaching it to the wall created a completely new type of sofa. The fabric was soft, and the colors were beautiful. I particularly liked that each cushion has a zipper so the covers can be removed. Living with children, I can't help but worry about stains, but being able to wash them when needed made it a bit less of a burden. Now that I'm a housewife of 12 years, I tend to be quite careful when choosing furniture or home decor items. I particularly liked the Desker S03 sofa for its clean design, versatile layout, and the fact that it can be continuously modified to suit family members or lifestyles.
