Seoul is huge, yet there is no place for us😥 Actually, while Appeal Me Home was posting before-and-after photos of our old house renovation, many people liked them, but the truth is, there were no suitable houses in Seoul within our budget💥 and there were no HUG Jeonse listings available. It took 9 months for the renovations to finish, and starting from spring, exactly one year ago, we began looking around neighborhoods to find a new home. This was to scout out areas that would be good if we were to eventually buy a house💦 The conclusion is that a year later, we ended up in a new home where we couldn't find a house of our own again. However, since it is a semi-new building in better condition than before, we plan to adapt and live well here. Places we have walked around and explored every nook and cranny include: 🚄 Line 8: Amsa Station, Amsa Park Station, Guri Station 🚄 Gyeongui-Jungang Line: Donong Station 🚄 Line 7: Children's Grand Park Station, Gunja Station, Sangbong Station, Meokgol Station, Taereung Station 🚄 Line 9 Hansung Baekje Station, Songpanaru Station, Seokchon Station 🚄 Line 5 Bangi Station 🚄 Line 3 Ogeum Station, Police Hospital Station, Garak Market Station I looked around in advance for the day we finally get our own home!
