When the sun sets, I turn the room back on. I didn't move a single piece of furniture. I simply divided the light into three sections. One light with an armrest next to the sofa. One paper shade hanging low over the dining table. One cordless lamp on top of the cabinet. I set the color temperature for all three to 2700K. Mixing warm white and cool white light makes the room look messy. With three pools of light, the spaces between them become dark. Those dark corners are the depth of the room.
