Let me introduce the 18cm cocotte, the only cast iron pot in our house. I had a dream of owning a Staub when I was newly married, so I bought the 18cm size, which is said to be the most frequently used, and it has been nearly 10 years since I bought it :) For our family of three, we use it well for making rice in a pot, and we have also had a great time making waterless curry and waterless boiled pork. It is a pot that you will find yourself using really well if you have one. I am thinking of getting another one in a different color :) #ftc25
