I wanted to go on a picnic, but since the weather wasn't right, we ate with the air conditioner blasting. I mixed chopped Cheongyang peppers into spicy gochujang and put them inside, along with spicy fish cakes. I only used ingredients I had at home, so I was a bit disappointed that I didn't have carrots, cucumbers, or spinach, but still... It was a day I ate deliciously for the first time in a while. I was so full I felt like my stomach was going to burst. I tried using #HaseonjeongLowSugarPickledRadish this time, and it is indeed less salty. I think I'll have to eat the gimbap I packed yesterday for lunch before heading out today. #BaekJinjuRice I bought from Ojip, and the stickiness is really good. Personally, it was a bit too sticky to eat on its own, but it's really great for making gimbap. So, I plan to use the remaining rice for gimbap as well. Hello everyone.
