Since I bought it as a set, the sizes vary, making it perfect for storing a variety of items!! I often forget to eat food I put in the freezer, but if I label them and organize them neatly, I can see everything at a glance, making it easy to find and preventing me from forgetting anything. 👍 Also, I always put rice into Glasslock rice storage containers and refrigerate it as soon as it's cooked before eating it.
