There is no recipe today, either. I film home brunch content often, but there is never a recipe. Since I prefer freestyle cooking, I tend to trust what's in the refrigerator rather than relying on recipes. What could I find today? Today's brunch, made by gathering whatever was in the refrigerator, is something similar to a frittata 🍳 I bought cherry tomatoes when they were cheap, so I made a few jars of sun-dried tomatoes, and they turn out to be surprisingly useful for various things. As expected, my beloved tomatoes 🍅 Using the ingredients I have today, I just threw things together without any stress. That alone is enough for today's menu.
