Scoop a moderate amount of matcha powder into a chawan and pour in a little warm water. Then, you just need to stir it quickly with a chasen; the distinctive rustling sound of the bamboo whisk hitting the bowl is quite pleasant to listen to 🫢 Slowly pour the well-mixed, rich matcha into a vintage glass filled with ice beforehand, and you're done! Watching the deep green color spread out like waves through the ice gives me a surprisingly calming feeling 💚 This time spent quietly with a cup of rich matcha in a glass I like by my side.
