This is a record of how we transformed our living room into a study, overcoming the limitations of a 20-pyeong tower-style apartment! 📚✨ While the wide-open sense created by the long hallway and living room characteristic of tower-style apartments is nice, I found it incredibly difficult to find references for actually turning a living room into a study. 😭 After agonizing for a long time over how to utilize this slightly awkward living room layout, I boldly removed the TV and am now quietly working on creating a living room study for the kids. To make 200% use of our small living room, I personally built a partition wall to create a cozy reading zone, and I also cleverly secured ample storage space by refurbishing the old cabinets with adhesive film. 🛠️ From the partition wall installation process with a clear before-and-after look to great tips for refurbishing with film, I have meticulously documented the detailed DIY project on my profile link (blog).
