This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. **German Premium Stainless Steel Fissler Pure Collection Pan 24cm** This is a triple-layered pan made of premium German stainless steel. While using it, I tried cooking five different dishes: kimchi pancakes, bulgogi, fried eggs, fried rice, and steak. Among them, the fried eggs and steak were the most impressive. Even though it isn't a coated pan, food didn't stick as easily as I expected. As long as I preheated it sufficiently and drizzled a little oil, I was able to cook cleanly without the hassle typically associated with stainless steel pans. With the steak, in particular, I could clearly see the Maillard reaction as the surface browned. Perhaps because of the triple-layered bottom, the heat spread evenly throughout, so there was hardly any difference in cooking speed between different parts. This was definitely different from using a thin pan. ** Even for dishes with lots of ingredients and frequent stirring, like bulgogi or fried rice, the stable center of gravity meant there was minimal wobbling during cooking. For dishes that are spread out wide to cook, like kimchi pancakes, they cooked evenly without burning on just one side. Since it is German-made stainless steel, I used it comfortably on an induction cooktop. The fact that it has no separate coating meant I could use it without worrying about scratches or peeling, which I found to be a definite advantage after actually using it. Cleaning wasn't difficult either. Wiping off the grease with a paper towel and rinsing lightly with water was sufficient. There was no need to season it separately or use special detergents. I felt that simply changing the frying pan made a definite difference in both the cooking results and the quality of the meal! #Fissler #스텐팬 #프라이팬 #휘슬러프라이팬 #결혼신혼수선 #집들이신혼수선
