I used to do that for a while, but I stopped because it was a hassle. Lately, this Neoflam glass container looked nice, so I bought it and am freezing rice in it again. It seems good for when you suddenly need rice or are short on it. It’s safe because it’s glass, and the silicone lid is convenient to open and close, but it’s a bit inconvenient to wash because it’s soft. For defrosting, I find it works well to microwave it for 2 minutes 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
