93 Cups, 93 Stories | Suddenly, I Revealed My Tastes 🩵 Having worked as a designer for a long time, I always pursued perfection and hated even a single line being out of place. But for this project with IDO ceramics, I wanted to break free from this obsession. By freely drawing what I like with my hands instead of a computer, I thought to myself, "It’s okay if it’s a little messy." I am trying to accept things just as they are, even if the lines are a bit crooked, not drawn perfectly straight, or not perfectly to my liking. Although I am still clumsy, this was an expression of my unfamiliar "freedom" as I sought to escape the obsession with "perfection"! 93 cups, each completed with a different story within the same cup, will begin an exhibition at Today's House Bukchon starting August 1st. You can participate online as well as through various on-site events, so please come and check out the unfamiliar tastes revealed by our special creators!
