#브리치즈파스타 Today is Brie cheese pasta. I felt like I needed to harvest the basil before it grew any bigger, so while wondering what to cook, Brie cheese pasta came to mind. I bought some Brie cheese and cherry tomatoes. I deliberately chose Casalecce pasta from what I had on hand so that the sauce would adhere better. I cooked the pasta separately, placed the scored Brie cheese, garlic, and halved cherry tomatoes in a bowl, drizzled olive oil, added a little freshly ground salt and pepper, and baked it in a preheated air fryer, checking its condition as I went. I lightly washed the basil leaves under running water, chopped them finely, and placed them nicely on top of the pasta. Today, I made just pasta without any other side dishes.
