I have been using the Haru-ui Gonggan LP Induction Cover for over a year now (although it is recommended to use it for 6 months to a year as it is a consumable, it is still in great condition!). This time, I tried the slightly more compact 20cm size. ✧ First of all, I love that it is a "buy one get one free" deal. If you use a Samsung Built-in Flex 3-burner induction cooktop, the 24cm one plus the 20cm "buy one get one free" size is perfect. It is so hard to find a pretty induction cover, but this one features a retro-style LP design with lovely colors, so it won't detract from your interior even if you keep it on hand for a long time. ✧ The most important feature! Heat conduction is even, and the heat rises quickly, so it does not affect cooking time. When I used other thick induction covers, it took so long for water to boil that I wondered if the problem was with the cooktop itself, but after using the Haru-ui Gonggan Induction Protection Mat, I realized it was the cover that was the issue. The anti-slip function works properly, and food didn't stick to it. ✧ Cleaning is also easy. It is dishwasher safe, microwave-safe, and can be sterilized in boiling water, so you can use it hygienically for a long time. To be honest, since I'm too lazy to disinfect it separately, I just hand-wash or dishwasher it when food gets on it, and it hasn't left that typical silicone stickiness. ✧ It can be used as an induction cover, a mat inside a microwave, or a pot holder, so I think it would be good to have several of them. I highly recommend this pretty and functional induction protection mat. This is a review based on my personal experience and styling, having received the product through the #OgamReview program. #KitchenInterior #KitchenMustHaves #SmartSpending #Induction #InductionCleaning #InductionCover #InductionProtectionMat
