The palm-sized mini sweet pumpkin (Bow-chan) fits perfectly into the steamed egg container. Thanks to this, it is so convenient because it isn't hot when I take it out after finding a plastic bag, putting it in the microwave, and heating it. I bought a box and am happily making and eating microwave dishes. I ordered the Jeju Island sweet pumpkins from Jeju Yeoreumdongsan Farm, my long-time regular shop. They are sweet and fluffy, a flavor that everyone loves. Since it's organic, just wash it with water, place it in a steamer while it's still wet, and microwave it for 5 minutes for a really delicious result. For the Eggslut, take a pumpkin that has been microwaved for 2 minutes, -> Make a cut around the stem to create a hole, -> Scoop out the inside with a teaspoon, -> Add mozzarella cheese, egg (salt and pepper), and mozzarella cheese in that order, -> Reassemble the stem and microwave for 4 minutes—that's it!! Sweet, nutty, and with a kick of pepper!! It's really delicious.
