Since our dishes are on the larger side, they would get caught on the upper cabinets even when placed on the rack. Water would pool in the bottom drip tray, so they wouldn't dry well these days, and most importantly... it started to rust, which was a huge concern for me. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I replaced it with a length-adjustable slide-type drying rack. Because the space under the sink is large and the airflow is good, the dishes dry faster than I expected. It's a 2-in-1 system that doubles storage space, so you can use one or two together, making great use of the space! I cook noodles often, especially since it's summer. When draining the water, the noodles are heavy, so the strainer often sags and a lot of them end up flowing into the sink. This is great for stable use. It's especially good for neatly placing items you can't put in a dishwasher, like dishes, thermoses, and milk cartons! The view is unobstructed, and the kitchen feels spacious and comfortable. These days, I really enjoy cooking and doing the dishes.💛 I guess having the right organizing items really does make things look neat and tidy.👍🏼
