#콘수프기록집 #예쁜템최고야 You mean this actually becomes a cup?👀 ‘Suddenly, I pulled out my unfamiliar tastes.’ I had been really looking forward to working on the drafts for Ido Ceramics, but my schedule in July was so busy, that I was barely able to finish it just one day before the deadline. I tried drawing designs with strong color contrasts, and also tried drawing Dancheong and Jogakbo designs, but while thinking about what my personal tastes might be that I don't usually show, pink was the first thing that came to mind. So, using pink—a color I rarely use—as the base, I incorporated traditional patterns, and finally, I captured the image of mother-of-pearl pieces scattered like stars in the night sky.✨ (I even named it ‘Mother-of-Pearl Star’😊) It was a little different from what I had imagined in 3D, but seeing my small design completed as an actual cup was a fascinating and unique experience.🤍 This time, 93 Today's House Special Creators, including myself, are showcasing cups made to reflect our individual tastes.
