Since I use a white induction cooktop, I'm always concerned about stains and scratches, so silicone mats are an essential item in my home! I was already very satisfied with the white mat from Haru-ui Gonggan. However, since mats are consumables that need periodic replacement, I wanted a darker color that would be easier to maintain this time. Just when I was looking for exactly what I wanted, I discovered the ‘Haru-ui Gonggan LP Induction Silicone Protective Mat’! First off, I was amazed the moment I saw it in person. The retro LP record design adds a sentimental touch to the kitchen, and because the color itself is a dark tone, stains or black burn marks from cooking are completely invisible, which I am truly satisfied with. The biggest advantage is that laying down just a single sheet perfectly prevents scratches and everyday stains on the induction cooktop, allowing me to keep my precious induction cooktop clean for a long time. I chose the 24cm size and am using it stably on a wide burner. I found it very thoughtful that there are two options, 20cm and 24cm, allowing you to combine them to perfectly fit the different burner sizes available in every home.
