Today, I grilled some sirloin until golden brown and made a salad for a meal.🥗🤍 Placing a generous amount of juicy sirloin over fresh vegetables completed a wonderful plate haha. I think meat tastes much better and is less heavy when eaten with salad. I added just the right amount of dressing to fully enjoy the natural flavor of the sirloin, and I was satisfied because it was filling enough for a full meal.🤍 It's a dish that's easy to make at home, so I recommend it when you're wondering what to have for home brunch or dinner :) It was today's home-cooked meal that satisfied me in both taste and visuals.
