For the scrambled eggs, I added a little milk to keep them moist, kept the heat low, turned off the heat as soon as the eggs were cooked, and transferred them directly to a bowl. I poured the beef braised meat broth over the meat and eggs, placed the butter on top of the meat to prevent it from melting immediately, and sprinkled some parsley on top.
