My husband is obsessed with salmon and raw fish, so maybe because I was really worried the day before, he said it was delicious lol. He usually says it's not that great even when we just order regular salmon, and seeing him get so disappointed made me feel sad, so I thought, "Should I try making it myself?" I ordered it as a surprise and cooked it during my day off, so I was worried if I could handle his picky palate, but even I found it delicious, and I even thought I wanted to eat it again! It's easy enough for me to make! I highly recommend trying it at home! 🤍
