I also participated in “93 cups, 93 stories,” a project that wasn’t easy despite my limited drawing skills, even though I racked my brain trying to make it work. Hahaha 😂 Since my drawing skills are lacking, I’m trying to channel my passion into a comic reel. You might have imagined a dignified origin story, but... Actually... This is a Y-cup created by *Sunshine in the Mood for Love* with the meaning of drinking healthy tea, no matter what you put in it. I suddenly wondered, "What exactly is my new taste?" I think I pondered that quite a bit. So, for this cup, I wanted to capture the theme of "time to soothe and empty the mind"—a taste that feels a bit unfamiliar to me living in modern society. They say tea is the time spent boiling water, adding leaves, and waiting for the aroma to develop. I heard that this slow process holds the meaning of calming the mind, organizing relationships, and harmonizing with nature. I felt that such a time would go very well with a cup crafted with care using Ido porcelain. An unfamiliar taste of slowly emptying the mind.
