For some, it might be a studio, and for others, it might be the front of a desk, but for me, that is the kind of space my home café is. Selecting beans, smelling the aroma of the ground coffee, brewing rich espresso, and steaming the milk to create latte art. It is a process that takes only a few minutes, but after spending this time, strangely enough, my day starts off calmly. Time to practice, cup after cup, wanting to create prettier art, and a softer texture. I think enjoying the process, more than the result, is the biggest reason why I love my home café. The time spent making coffee, the act of recording my favorite beans, and filling up my home café piece by piece.
