🍳 Morning Diary with Fissler - Pure Collection Pan 20cm Since I’ve been cooking at home frequently lately, frying pans have become a kitchen item I use every single day 👩‍🍳 This time, I had the opportunity to try out the Fissler Pure Collection Pan 20cm. Since it is a 20cm size, it is perfect for cooking 1 to 2 servings, such as fried eggs, fried rice, or simple side dishes. The pan isn't too big, so it is convenient to take out and use, and since washing it afterwards isn't a burden, it is a size I naturally reach for often. After using it myself, I liked that the heat rises evenly, so there was less of a feeling that food would cook or burn on only one side first, and cooking was done well with just a little oil. The non-stick coating is also excellent, so food doesn't stick easily, making it much easier to flip or stir-fry—that's a bonus 👀 The handle holds securely, so it felt good to use throughout the cooking process, and above all, the design is clean, so it looks pretty whether hung in the kitchen or placed on a table. As expected, design is important for products used every day :) I thought this was a great frying pan to have on hand for those who spend a lot of time cooking.
