This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. Thanks to the Fissler Pure Collection 28cm pan, I am using a non-stick stainless steel pan. Once you master the usage method, you can use the stainless steel pan permanently without worrying about the coating peeling off, which is just so great. Shall we look at the preheating method? First, preheat the pan for 3 minutes without adding oil. Then, drop a water droplet on it; once you see it roll off, add oil, turn off the power for 1 minute to let it cool, and then cook—that's it!
