#OhHomeStaurant It’s so hot I have no appetite, but I know I have to eat something, though I don’t want anything too fancy, and I don’t want to force myself to eat something tasteless either 😂😂😂 So I’ve curated a list of home-cooked meals I’ve prepared for times like this~~^^ 1, 2. Misonghwa Mushroom Salad Just grilling these mushrooms in olive oil makes them taste like meat, so delicious. The only downside is that they are expensive ㅠ I made the sauce myself instead of using a store-bought one, keeping the calories in mind. It’s simple, so I make enough for about two meals and eat it on hand. 🥣 Diet Oriental Dressing: 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon perilla oil (or olive oil), 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon allulose, 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic 3. Beef and Enoki Mushroom Rolls I had asparagus at home, so I rolled them together and grilled them. I made Ponzu sauce for the dressing. 🥣 Ponzu Sauce : Soy Sauce: 2 tablespoons Water: 1 tablespoon Vinegar: 1 tablespoon Allulose: 0.8 ~ 1 tablespoon (adjust to taste) Lemon Juice: 0.5 tablespoon (optional) 4. Chicken Breast Kebab Place chicken breast cubes, sautéed onions, lettuce, low-sugar chili sauce, and avocado mayonnaise in a whole wheat tortilla, and roll it up. Adding mozzarella cheese makes it even tastier. 5. Oatmeal Greek Yogurt Add oatmeal to Greek yogurt and blueberries. Try adding crushed pecans instead of honey. Pecans are sweet when you chew them ^^ 6. Bulgogi Bibimbap Leftover bulgogi from the kids, stir-fried with zucchini, salted shrimp paste, and minced garlic, and low-sugar gochujang, dried seaweed flakes, a fried egg, sesame oil, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds~~ 7. Avocado Myeongran Bibimbap I made this for the first time in a while, and it's delicious as always! I just wish someone would cut the avocado and pollack roe for me... 😂 8. Sun-dried Tomato Baguette Spread basil pesto on the baguette, top with mozzarella cheese and sun-dried tomatoes, and drizzle with balsamic glaze—that's it~ It's a dish you can whip up quickly when guests come over. 9. Tomato, Egg, and Spinach Stir-fry A simple breakfast I've enjoyed for a long time. It really tastes good if you sprinkle salt and honey on it, but my husband is on a diet, so he eats it without any seasoning. Haha. But what should we eat tomorrow??… 😂 - #CornSoupJournal #SimpleMeal #SimpleRecipe #MakingSaladDressing #HomeCookingDiary
