As the space widened into a U-shape, I placed the oven and microwave in the base cabinets. I considered removing the upper kitchen cabinets, but I couldn't give up storage, so I proceeded with them. I added a wooden display cabinet and am using it as a display zone for pretty dishes. I used indirect lighting under the upper cabinets and recessed lighting in the kitchen ceiling. Since the flooring in my house is dark wood, I kept the kitchen in an all-white tone. The tiles are white, and the grout is white too! The sink is a Baekjo square sink. The faucet is a Schutie.
