#파베초콜릿 #브라우니 Today's special is a brownie topped with pave chocolate. The black tea is Earl Grey. I made the brownie with plenty of chocolate chips, cut a piece of parchment paper to fit in a container, placed the cooled brownie inside, and then poured the pave chocolate mixture (made by mixing fresh cream) over it to let it harden. Once the pave chocolate had completely hardened, I sprinkled cocoa powder to cover the uneven surface.😆😆 I intended to eat the remaining fresh cream with the brownie, but since there wasn't much, I used a milk frother instead of a whisk to whip it up, fearing it would splatter.
