The Space That Is Most Like Me - 02. The Kitchen Hello, this is Ourhome! The second space I envisioned as my own is the kitchen. I really love cooking, so the kitchen, where I spend that time, is my absolute favorite space. Since this is a 40-year-old apartment, the kitchen is very cramped, making it difficult to even find space for the refrigerator! I built a partition wall and created an island to transform the narrow kitchen. Also, because I have a 4-month-old baby, I set up a "mamma zone" at the far end of the island.
