#현명한소비 #콘수프기록집 Since the duplex bedroom heats up faster than the downstairs area when summer comes, I find myself looking for a new way to sleep comfortably every year. 🥹 The three bedroom items I personally used and was satisfied with this summer are: a cooling duvet set, a cooling pad, and a cold water circulation mat. 🤍 1️⃣ **Cooling Duvet Set** It has a fresh and cool texture when touched, so I would like to recommend it to those who find it uncomfortable to have duvets clinging to their bodies during the summer. Even without turning the air conditioner on high, the inside of the duvet doesn't feel stuffy, so I am using it well as my summer bedding. ☁️ 2️⃣ **Cooling Pad** In the summer, heat builds up in my back while I sleep, causing me to toss and turn frequently. But after laying down the cooling pad, the surface I touched felt fresh and pleasant when I lay down. It allows you to easily cool down your sleeping area without having to replace the entire bed, making it a great item to use every summer without any hassle. 🫧 3️⃣ **Cold Water Circulation Mat** This was the product I was most satisfied with among the three. Instead of blowing cold air directly onto your body, cold water circulates inside the mat to cool down the spot where you lie. I used to get cold quickly if I was exposed to the air conditioner for too long, and sometimes my neck would feel uncomfortable in the morning. I particularly liked that the cold water circulation mat cools the bed without any drafts. My boyfriend, who gets hot easily, was also satisfied, so I think it would be a good fit for couples or married couples with different temperatures that feel comfortable.
