So I grabbed two right away, and while my husband was at the hair salon this afternoon, I made a makeshift Tiramisu cake and banana pudding without bananas. I brewed Nespresso Double Espresso capsule coffee, spread it on bread, added mascarpone cheese, one egg yolk, and maple syrup, mixed the cream well, layered them, and sprinkled cocoa powder on top to finish! For the banana pudding without bananas, I made the cream using egg cookies, fresh cream, mascarpone cheese, and sugar, covered it with plastic wrap, and let it rest in the refrigerator! I went out for a quick grocery shopping trip today and enjoyed some coffee and tiramisu cake, and it was absolutely delicious :-) I bought it really cheaply and even made dessert with it—that’s smart shopping, right?!
