Today is Sunday. My eldest, Kong-suni, played hard until yesterday, and noticed the back of her ear was swollen?? I wonder how much fun she had playing.... So, we stayed home today 🤣 Anyway, that meant I had to run around again and again, delivering snacks to Sam-sik. One of the snacks was rice cake waffles! I put the soft rice cakes in the waffle maker and baked them, and they turned out crispy on the outside and soft on the inside!!!! I even drizzled some sweet honey over them.
