#전셋집고쳐살기 A house I lived in briefly before marriage In my previous homes, I used to install flooring and paint everything, but... I realized that in the end, it only increased the rent for the next tenant... haha. Since then, I haven't done any DIY renovations at all, and I've tried to decorate using only items I could take with me or props I could sell on Carrot Market. It was a mixed-use building with a chicken restaurant on the ground floor, so... I had to see cockroaches occasionally, but... despite my limited budget(?), I put in the legwork to find a cheap place... and it is one of the Jeonse apartments I lived in happily for a year before moving out haha. The next tenant said the house was so pretty...... and asked me to leave all my belongings behind if possible, so...
