For dinner tonight, I had beef shank hot pot packed with beef shank, chives, and mushrooms in beef bone broth✨️ It used to be a favorite snack(?) dish back when I was a young lady, but now I enjoy it healthily at home with my family😊 Nostalgic beef shank hot pot... lol I do miss those days, but now that I get sleepy as soon as it's 10 o'clock...
