No. 67 Afterimage of Taste 🗳️ ((If only my favorite colors and time could linger in a single cup)) I love butter and sky blue colors that are bright and soft, yet not overpowering 🧈🩵 From my perspective, the IDO Ceramics Y Cup was a cup that exuded a subtle elegance within its solid weight. So, for this design, rather than simply capturing the colors I originally liked, I wanted to express colors that fade and deepen little by little over time, colors that linger in memories for a long time. ‘Afterimage of Taste’ It is a cup that holds the traces of affection, which suddenly come to mind even after time has passed. _______________________________ Behind story Actually, I seriously considered giving up on this collaboration until the very end. My second child caught hand, foot, and mouth disease, and I nursed them day and night, so I didn't even have the strength left to start working. Thanks to the warm consideration of the management team, I hurriedly finished and submitted it, but I felt a lot of regret, so it was a piece I intended to keep to myself. However, when I went to the voting page today, I saw that many people had liked my cup as well. I am so grateful for that sentiment, so I am cautiously gathering the courage to upload it.. 🐇🤍 _______________________________ 〈93 Cups, 93 Stories〉, created together by Today's House, IDO Ceramics, and 93 Special Creators.
