I said I was going back to work... but here I am again, quiet down...😅💗💗 I started a new job, and I've been going through a really tough time due to stress-induced stomach cramps and allergies ㅠㅠ I received some baby lettuce that my dad grew in the countryside, so I bought some pork neck, quickly marinated it in rib sauce, and grilled it deliciously with my husband :) Recipe👩🏻🍳 _____ ☑️ I asked the butcher to slice the pork neck to a thickness of about 1cm. Since I told them it was for ribs, they pressed the meat with a machine, so I didn't make any cuts at home. At home, please make cuts on both sides of the thick pork neck. (Please make sure to score the front and back sides in different directions!) ☑️ Marinade (15ml measuring spoon): 1 green onion, 3 tablespoons coarsely minced garlic, 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 3 tablespoons sugar, 3 tablespoons mirin, 3 tablespoons sesame oil, 80ml water, 100ml grated pear (beverage), pepper • Gently press the meat with a paper towel to remove excess blood. • Place the meat in a baking dish, pour in all the marinade, and let it marinate for 1 to 3 hours. • Pour an appropriate amount of the meat and marinade into a preheated pan and grill to enjoy. #Recipe #요리 #플레이팅 #플레이트 #홈쿡 #집밥 #PorkRibs #목살갈비 #목살돼지갈비 #집밥기록 #PrettyDishes #신혼집꾸미기 #주방템 #주방식기 ⠀
