I find it convenient to put side dishes on a rotating tray so I can easily take out the ones at the back. If you cut green onions in half and put them in a colander container, they last a long time. For bean sprouts, pour enough water to cover them and change the water every 1-2 days. My current favorite is peaches 🍑🍑. Firm peaches vs. soft peaches?
