This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. On days as hot as these, I think simple and delicious dishes that don't require standing in front of the stove for a long time are the best.🍋 I recently got the Fissler Pure Collection stainless steel pan that I've wanted for a while, so I tried making a refreshing lemon one-pan pasta! All you need is your favorite cheese, garlic, lemon, butter, and pasta noodles to finish preparing the ingredients. The triple-layered bottom, featuring Fissler's unique technology, distributes heat quickly and evenly, and the pan even has markings inside so you can add just the right amount of water. Thanks to this, I was able to make it conveniently using just the pan, without having to prepare a separate pot. After sautéing the garlic until fragrant, I added the pasta noodles and water to cook them, then generously added lemon juice and zest. Finally, adding butter, cheese, and pepper completes the refreshing and savory lemon pasta! I don't have to stand in front of the stove for a long time on a hot day, and perhaps because there is only one pan to wash, the food tastes even better haha. Some of you might think that stainless steel pans are only used when grilling steaks. However, since it can be used for a wide variety of dishes and home-style meals—from pasta and Korean food to steak—it is a kitchen essential that is great for all-around use. I don't have to worry about the coating peeling off while cooking or washing, and the Maillard reaction works well, making cooking a real joy. I would like to recommend this to anyone looking for a pan to use comfortably every day, or to those who want to try stainless steel pans for the first time. The Fissler Pure Collection stainless steel pan feels like it will become my one-pan pasta partner from now on 🤍. I'll definitely have to make this again when friends or family come over next time.
