When vacation starts, the first thing that comes to mind is, of course, "What should I cook today?" Since I'm not particularly good at cooking, I tend to look for kitchen items that require minimal effort. I found that even a simple cutting board was surprisingly satisfying. The Modori cutting board set I'm currently using makes the kitchen look much neater just by having it on the countertop. It's also less of a hassle to handle ingredients that stain easily, like fruit or kimchi, so I reach for it often. It's easy to clean with hot water after use, making it the perfect daily kitchen item.
