Salmon Ochazuke 🐟 Bibigo grilled fish has been catching my eye lately, so I got one salmon and one mackerel. I was more curious about the salmon, so I made the Ochazuke first. It wasn't fishy and wasn't dry, so it was pretty good!! I baked it in the oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes, and it was even savory.
