#쮸스토랑 Mapo Eggplant Rice Bowl😊🤍 Made by replacing the tofu in Mapo Tofu with eggplant. Since you can't go without protein, I added some chicken breast cubes too! I added chicken breast flavored with Cheongyang chili peppers😋 For the Mapo Tofu sauce, I used a spoonful of leftover Zhima Hot Pot sauce, and finished it off with minced garlic, oyster sauce, chicken stock, and soy sauce lol.
