Kitchen essentials used daily by a housewife of 10 years. 1. Square Diatomaceous Earth Tray. Since I have a built-in water purifier installed in the sink, there was always moisture where I placed my cups. At first, I used silicone coasters, but over time, water stains formed. While looking for another solution, I discovered diatomaceous earth trays! The square size is perfect for placing cups, and since water soaks in quickly, it is a lifesaver that keeps the area around the water purifier always tidy.🩶 2. Global Knife. I love using Global knives for my kitchen knives! Not only is the cutting power excellent, but since it is made entirely of stainless steel, it is easy to maintain and has a great grip. I think Global knives really shine when slicing gimbap. Since switching to Global knives, I have been freed from the stress of gimbap not cutting through properly and being chewy every time! I bought the pink paring knife 🩷 because it was pretty, but it cuts really well, so I enjoy using it every time I peel fruit ☺️ 3. AMT Pots. I have a favorite hotel restaurant, and I noticed the chefs there use AMT pots! I ordered them as soon as I got home, and ever since then, AMT products have been the only pots in our house. They are made of 316Ti stainless steel with a full 5-ply construction, so the specs are top-notch, and they are so easy to use that I can't think of any other alternatives!! Since we don't have a rice cooker at home, I use the 20cm pot every single day to cook rice in a pot, and I frequently use the 28cm one for soups or stews!
