#리모델링하다생긴일 Bathroom Remodeling: The Despair Edition😅 I created a beautiful piece of trash. This is a collection of reviews regarding a bathroom remodel I spent a fortune on—it looks shiny on the outside but causes stress every time I use it. ✔️Matte Floor Tiles (Stain Hell) Once the water dries, white water stains form, and everyday stains won't come off. If you scrub hard with a brush, it actually damages the tiles. ✔️Matte Faucets (Water Stain Generator) The chic and luxurious vibe doesn't last even a day. Every time a water droplet splashes, a stain remains, so I have to wipe it with a dry towel every day. ✔️300×600mm Wall Tiles (Grout Stress) Reality: The root of the problem was compromising by not going with the large square tiles (600×600mm or larger) that are currently trending. The tile sizes are awkward, resulting in excessive grout lines, and mold grows in every single one of them. Also, the design is terrible. (Money is the enemy.) ✔️ Messy Silicone Finish (Detail Destroyed) No matter how well the tiles are laid, it's all for naught if the finish is crooked. The silicone thickness varies and is uneven, making the entire bathroom look cheap. ✔️ Awkwardly Lengthed Frosted Glass Partition (Flooded Ending) I installed frosted glass to capture both privacy and aesthetics. However, the length is awkward, so water splashes out every time I shower, rendering it useless as a partition. The length is so inconsistent that acquaintances ask if the construction was left unfinished. ✔️ Drain Trap (Hair Hell) The trap I installed because it was pretty and cheap is the problem. The drainage is too slow, and hair gets caught in the pipes like crazy, so I have to dig it out every other day. For a bathroom, "ease of cleaning" is always the top priority, rather than "pretty." If you sacrifice functionality while blinded by design, you will end up crying every day with a cleaning brush in your hand. 😫 #BathroomRemodeling #욕실인테리어 #인테리어절망
