I’ve found that how often you use kitchen appliances really matters. If they just take up space, you end up putting them away, but since these three items are always on the go, I keep them out and using them constantly. 1. Vitamix High Speed Blender TNC5200 It’s the first thing I reach for when making a drink in the morning. Since you can put the ingredients in and blend them all at once, it’s less of a burden even on busy days. Once I take it out, I find myself using it more often than I expected. It is on the larger side and a bit noisy, but since it is simple to use, I’ve just left it as is. 2. Smith & Smithy 10L Grill Air Fryer SMC-AG10 These days, I hardly use the microwave because of this little guy. It can be used in so many different ways—as a grill, griddle, air fryer, and more! I can do other things while the ingredients are grilling, and I reach for it often for preparing simple meals or snacks. The tray fits right into the dishwasher! 3. Lumena FD20 Food Waste Disposer THE KITCHEN The most convenient aspect was being able to dispose of leftover food immediately after cooking. Since food waste lingers for less time, finishing up in the kitchen has become much lighter. You still need to sort out which foods can be put in, but once you get the hang of it, the final cleanup step becomes much simpler. Grind, Bake, Empty Since each has a different role, I continue to use all three well rather than keeping just one.
